I am a biologist currently doing a PhD on farmland bird ecology and conservation at CTFC. Previously I studied a Bachelor in Biology at the University of Salamanca and a Master in Ecology, Environmental Management and Restoration at the University of Barcelona, during which I did a stay at the Museum of Natural Sciences of Granollers. During those years I worked with bats in  research projects from various perspectives, from monitoring of cave-dwelling bats to assessing how bats are depicted in mass media.

I am interested in the conservation of biodiversity in humanized landscapes. My PhD focus on exploring the response of farmland bird species to landscape changes in agricultural ecosystems caused by intensification and climate change, with the aim to evaluate and improve conservation measures effectiveness.
