Education obtained at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine, including a Master’s degree with honors in Applied Mathematics (2003) and postgraduate studies in Theoretical Cybernetics with the defense of a PhD dissertation in Mathematics (2006). Additional training completed through internships at the University of Barcelona, Spain, and the University of Nordland, Norway (2012).

Professional experience includes work as a Junior Research Scientist at the International Research and Training Centre for Information Technologies and Systems, Ukraine (2003–2008), and as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Cybernetics, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (2008–2015), with responsibilities involving teaching, research, publishing, and supervision of student theses. Organizational skills strengthened through managing joint projects between Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Samsung Electronics (2012–2014) and long-term supervision of graduate courseworks and diplomas.
