Postgraduate degree in Integration of Management Systems—quality, environment, occupational risk prevention, and innovation—from the Technological Center of Manresa, with official certification from the Polytechnic Foundation (2004). Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the University Foundation of Manresa (FUB). Master’s in Strategic Human Resources Management from EADA Business School, Barcelona.

She served as Human Resources Director at Taurus Group for nine years. Previously, she worked as Head of the HR Department at Constructora e Inmobiliaria de Solsona SA.
