PhD (Université de Lleida), MSc European Forestry (Universités de Lleida, Joensuu et Fribourg) et Ingénieur forestier (Universités de Valladolid et Lleida).
Mes principaux domaines de spécialisation sont la restauration forestière, l'agroforesterie et la sylviculture adaptative. Je coordonne actuellement (2021-26) le projet LIFE AgroForAdapt (https://agroforadapt.eu). Auparavant, j'ai été coordinateur technique de projets tels que LIFE MixForChange (https://mixforchange.eu), FP7 Sustaffor (https://sustaffor.eu) et Interreg Pirinoble (https://pirinoble.ctfc.cat).
Avant de rejoindre le CTFC en 2006, j'ai travaillé pendant un an au bureau sous-régional de la FAO pour l'Europe centrale et orientale à Budapest, où j'ai participé à des projets liés à la gestion durable des forêts et à la politique forestière.
