Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry and Introduction to Chemical Research from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). Currently pursuing a PhD in the context of bioeconomy and circular economy, focusing on the production of bioproducts from biomass pyrolysis liquids and their analytical characterization using techniques such as FT-ICR MS, GCMS, HPLC, NMR, and FT-IR.
She is part of the joint research and transfer unit between the CTFC and the University of Lleida (UdL), which aims to promote the development of biorefineries and bioproducts from Mediterranean agroforestry ecosystems. As part of her doctoral studies, she completed a research stay at Washington State University (WSU), working with a world-leading group in the field of pyrolysis, fractionation, and upgrading of products derived from forest biomass pyrolysis.
