Degree in Biology from the University of León, Master’s in Research on Sustainable Forest Systems, and PhD in Biology from the University of Valladolid.
She carried out her first postdoctoral stage at Rikkyo University (Japan) and later at the University of Cape Town (South Africa). Her research has focused on behavioral ecology, particularly reproductive strategies. In the private sector, she has worked as R&D Project Coordinator at Lokímica Barcelona, specializing in the ecology of urban pest species such as the brown rat, the American cockroach, and the Asian hornet.
