Degree in Economics and Business, specializing in Business Management and Administration, from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. Postgraduate studies in Applied Management of Local Economic Development at IDEC, the Institute of Continuing Education of Pompeu Fabra University.
Since 2023, he has served as General Manager of the CTFC. Previously, he held the position of General Manager at the Solsonès County Council and the Solsonès Health Center (2015–2023). Earlier roles at the CTFC include Chief Financial Officer and Head of Project Monitoring and Reporting (2008–2015), Economic and Financial Management Technician and Project Reporting Specialist (2005–2008). Additional experience includes working as a Technician at the Solsonès Telecenter (2002–2006) and as an Economic Development Technician at the Economic Promotion Consortium of the Lleida City Council (1998–2002).
