Forestry Engineer degree at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (2010)

Forestry Engineering master’s degree at the University of Valladolid (2012)

Master’s degree in “Geomatics, Remote Sensing and Spatial Models Applied to Forest Management” from the University of Córdoba, Spain (2014), where I was a contributing student in the department of forestry Engineer in the European project "ThermoLiDAR".

PhD in Biosciences and Agri-Food Sciences (Analysis of methodologies to evaluate juvenile wood with regard to wood quality), INIA-Córdoba University, Spain (2019).

Bachelor's Thesis done at the University of Helsinki, under the Erasmus program.

During my PhD I carried out a secondment in the Chemistry (DCH) Division of Analytical Chemistry (DCH/ AC) and the Department of Material Sciences and process Engineering (MAP), Institute of wood Technology and Renewable Materials at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) in Vienna (Austria) under the supervision of Dr. Barbara Hinterstoisser financed by “RTA2014-00005-00-00: Characterization of juvenile wood Spanish coniferous forests and silvicultural factors influencing in its formation and in wood quality”.

A second secondment was carried out in the Department of Statistics in the University of the study of Palermo (Italy) under the supervision of Dr. Vito Michele Rosario Muggeo financed by the "RTA2014-00005-00-00".

The last secondment was carried out in the Department of Forest and Wood Science of the university of Stellenbosch (South Africa) under the supervision of Dr. Ben du Toit financed by a Short-Term Marie Skłodowska Curie COST Actions “Carbon smart forestry under climate change CARE4C” (GA 778322).

Participation in the research project, "EG17-042-C02-01: Scientific support for forest information generation" financed by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA). Being responsible of data analysis, writing scientific papers, redaction of final deliverables and a proposal for wood quality evaluation in the National Forest Inventory.

Participation in the research project “RESH2O: Restoration of environmental services and water cycle in the context of adaptation to climate change in Mediterranean basins” at the Basque Centre for Climate Change (BC3)

Specialized technician at the ICIFOR-INIA, CSIC in the dendrochronology and ecophysiology department.
