La meva recerca se centra en la biologia de la conservació, amb un enfocament interdisciplinari que vincula l'ecologia i les ciències socials. Estudio l'impacte de les activitats humanes, com la caça i l'agricultura, en la disminució de les poblacions de aves, amb especial èmfasi en la coexistència entre humans i vida silvestre. A més, m'interessa avaluar l'efectivitat de les mesures de conservació i gestió implementades sobre el terreny. Això inclou analitzar quines intervencions generen resultats positius, neutres o negatius, identificar buits en la seva implementació i establir processos basats en l'evidència per a millorar la presa de decisions en la planificació i les polítiques de conservació.
